I though these would make the ride much more comfortable, but the 1.9" tires I had before felt better. I like the look and traction better with the hookworms though, so they get to stay. Just need some fenders...

Be sure to measure the space on your frame, these barely fit in my trek 850 frame.

I love this tire! It was exactly what I've been searching for to add a new dynamic and practical usefulness to my Dual Assault Cannondale CHASE MTN Bike. I now can use it not only to downhill & trail ride but I can realistically use it as a commuter to work. They are so FAST! The only draw back is in the rain they might as well be racing slicks, vertually no traction. However, they're great on hardpacked surfaces, I love'em!

I originally purchased these because the humongous air volume helps cushion the bumps in the road which should help protect my rear Crystalyte electric wheel from breaking spokes as often. As 30 PSI, it almost feels like the front tire is bouncing like a basketball at times(Ok, a little less bouncy than a basketball but noticeable) but that can be minimized. It seems to be a lot smoother, quieter and more comfortable than my old Kenda Klaw knobbies that came with the bike.

I got this tire because it is made with THICK rubber. I'm sick of flat tires and this is the solution to having less flats. This tire, combined with the Maxis inner tube, which I highly recommend since this tire is 2.5 inches thick, and a kevlar tire liner will make your tire as close to flat proof as you can get.

These tires perform well on pavement and small amounts of mud. Excellent on gravel. Very smooth ride with little rolling resistance on smooth surfaces.

Wow, this is a terrific product. I have the more technical Minions on a hill blaster, but these Holy Rollers for a 30 mile pavement, light trail trip are a total blast. Very easy rolling, big and massive. Due to their mass you may loose a little in drag & weight, but my touring rig isn't setting any speed records anyway. I can run these almost top gear for miles and miles, and it's plush. Either wire or folding.

It's a bike tire, not too much to get excited over. They seem to throw a bunch of pebbles, more than any other tire used, but maybe that's a good thing? I've only been offroad once with them but they held well even there. I can't comment on wet traction, I try to stay out of the rain, but overall they've been great. And most important, no punctures!

I have had these tires through a riding season, and like them. They are a good compromise for a hybrid/commuter bike, as they have some grip but still ride smoothly. They are also good at resisting punctures.

These tires are like virgins in that they have yet to be penetrated. I've logged over 1,500 miles on these tires and extricated numerous pieces of glass and other road debris from the tread but have yet to endure a flat because the tire integrity was compromised. The kevlar belt that is installed with the tire (along with another tethlon belt that I place inside the tire to protect the inner tube) is worth every penny when you are out on long endurance rides. Yes, I've endured several pinch flats but never due to a foreign object. The reflective white walls add a rather classic look to your bicycle in my opinion (I have received numerous compliments on the tires alone). What is more, the reflective white walls are an excellent augmentation to have for night time riding esp. if you have no reflectors or your rim doesn't have a silver finish. The only thing I didn't like was that my old tires had a max psi of 85 and these have a max of only 75 psi, I enjoyed having that extra 10 psi of leeway. I believe the absence of that extra 10 psi is why I seem to experience more pinch flats than normal since changing tires. But overall this is an outstanding tire to ride upon, she will be rather chaste when it comes to road debris.
